1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit payment. Full payment is required at least 30 days before the trek start date. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made between 15-30 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
3. Travel Insurance
All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trekking activities, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance must be provided before the trek begins.
4. Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good physical health and fitness level appropriate for the trek difficulty. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if health concerns arise.
5. Liability
Apex Himalaya Treks and Expedition acts only as an agent for the hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest.
6. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to operate trips as planned, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for itinerary modifications made for safety or operational reasons.
7. Environmental Responsibility
All participants must follow Leave No Trace principles and respect local customs and regulations. Any damage to the environment or cultural sites may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
